To ban a Contact's phone number you must select that specific Contact and add that status.
From your Dashboard, click on the ‘Contacts’ module in the list on the left-hand side of the portal.
Search for the contact by their name, number, or email, then hit enter or click on the magnifying glass.
Once you have found the person you would like to Ban, click on the person icon to the left of their name.
In the Customer Profile Info section click the purple ‘EDIT’ option in the upper right-hand corner of that window.
Scroll down to select ‘Add a field’ and select ‘Banned’.
Set the Banned field to ‘YES’ and then click Save
This will successfully save the Banned status to a contact profile.
