How do I reset my password?
Getting there from within your CityGro account:
- Click on your business name in the bottom left of your account
- Go to Account Settings
- Click on "Personal" at the top of your page
- You can now change your password from this page
- Make sure you save your new password
Getting there if you have forgotten your password:
- Go to CityGro.com and click on Sign In
- Type in the email you typically use to sign in
- Once you have your email added click "forgot your password?"
- Click "Submit"
- Go to your email and follow the instructions to reset your password
*If you don't receive an email make sure you check your spam folder
*If you still don't see the reset email reach out to CityGro Support
