After a campaign (scheduled, recurring, or triggered) has been set up there may be times where it needs to updated or reworked to meet the needs of your business.
Making changes to your campaigns is easy.
On the left side of a campaign, you will see a pencil icon that will let you edit that particular campaign.
If there is not a pencil icon then that means the campaign was a one-time blast and it was already sent.
When you click the pencil icon the campaign editor will pop up to give you access to all the settings of the campaign.
In the editor, you can make changes like the wording of the message being sent and the recipients of the message.
Take it step by step through the editor making the necessary changes. When you get to the last page you save and make sure that your campaign is set to active (enabled).
There is a slider button that is white if a campaign is not set to active, green means it is active and ready to go.
